Director

With over $100 million in sales for 2021, Neyda Bravo transcends the limits of South Florida real estate with an acute sense of both Shopping Centers and Mulitifamily developments. Prior to obtaining her New York real estate license in 2013, she graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University. During said time, Bravo also participated in real estate seminars for ICSC and NMHC gaining primary interest in commercial real estate.

Over time, a dual balance of both high standards and high expectations established Bravo’s repertoire of real estate expertise. Bravo is not only aware of her community, but more than willing to share her insight. She values her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure they remain as pleased as possible. She firmly believes passion, honesty, and professionalism are undoubtedly the authentic keys to real estate success.
